1. School office shall remain closed on Sunday and other Public Holidays.
2. Scholars who are absent from the class due to illness, or otherwise, are required to produce a written application from the parent/ guardian. This is compulsory.
3. No scholar will be allowed to leave the school once she / he has come to school; before the school is over.
4. Fee card / bill book of the scholar should be kept by the parent.
5. Fee deposition will be in the bank. Fees will be taken by the bank till the 15th of the fee month. After the 15th, a fine of Rs. 30/- per day will be charged.
Fee
The dates for payment of school and the transport fee will be as follows:
1 to 15 April *Fee of April to June (1st Quarter)
1 to 15 July *Fee of July to September (2nd Quarter)
1 to 15 October *Fee of October to December (3rd Quarter)
1 to 15 January *Fee of January to March (4th Quarter)
1. A fine of Rs 30/- per day will be charged for school and transport each after, the above mentioned dates.
2. If the fee remains unpaid for a month, the name of the student will be struck off the school rolls.
3. Re-admission will be at the sole discretion of the Principal. It will be considered only after clearing all the dues and on payment of Rs 2000/- as re-admission charges.
